Executen Sales is operated by Croncode LLC. It provides AI-assisted sales, customer relationship management, and messaging tools for businesses.

Information we process

We process account and workspace details, configuration settings, customer contact details submitted to a workspace, conversation content, CRM records, usage events, and technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.

When a business connects WhatsApp, Meta provides identifiers for the selected WhatsApp Business Account and phone number plus an access token. The token is encrypted at rest and is used only to provide the requested WhatsApp integration.

How information is used

• Deliver WhatsApp and website conversations on behalf of the workspace.
• Generate AI-assisted replies using the workspace's instructions and knowledge base.
• Maintain customer, lead, conversation, campaign, and analytics records.
• Protect the service, investigate failures, and prevent abuse.

Service providers and AI processing

Executen uses infrastructure and service providers, including Meta for WhatsApp messaging, OpenAI for configured AI features, Vercel for application hosting, and Neon for managed PostgreSQL storage. Data is shared only as needed to provide those functions and is subject to the provider's applicable terms.

Retention and security

Workspace owners control their business data and retention settings. We retain information while an account is active and as needed for security, legal, and operational obligations. Credentials are encrypted at rest, webhook requests are signature checked, and access is limited by workspace permissions.

Your choices

Workspace owners may review, export, correct, or delete customer records through the product. WhatsApp users may ask the business they contacted to correct or delete their information and may opt out of further messages.
